適用於大電流應用的高精度庫侖計/低邊電流監測器
BD7220FV-C是適用於大電流檢測應用的庫侖計IC。不僅內置16位ΔΣADC，還內置了高精度運算放大器和電流累加邏輯電路，因此可以高精度地計算電流累加值。電流檢測輸入支持分流電阻器和電流輸出型電流傳感器，並且採用SPI作為通信I/F。高精度測量所需的校準可以僅使用SPI命令執行，因此只使用本IC即可獲取預測剩餘電量所需的電流累加信息。
