High Speed Ground Sense Operational Amplifier

BA3472系列,BA3472R系列,BA3474系列,BA3474R系列為將各自獨立的高增益、相位補償電容內建型的運算放大器2組電路/4組電路集於單一晶片中的單晶體(Monolithic)IC。工作範圍為+3[V]~+36[V](單一電源工作的情況下),也可在高電源電壓範圍內作動。其特點為具有4MHz的增益頻寬積和寬頻帶及高速的10[V/μs]回轉率。
