BD83070GWL Ultra-Compact Buck-Boost DC-DC Converter IC Reference Board

The BD83070GWL is a buck-boost DC-DC converter IC designed for battery-powered compact electronic devices, achieving up to 97% efficiency and an ultra-low quiescent current of 2.8µA. The BD83070GWL-EVK-002 is a reference design board for evaluating the BD83070GWL in a compact mounting configuration. It consists of only five components, including the IC, inductor, and capacitors, enabling an ultra-compact 3.3mm × 3.9mm mounting area. This board is suitable for evaluating power supply designs in space-constrained, low-power applications such as wearable devices, IoT devices, and mobile equipment. It also supports PFM/PWM control via the MODE pin and two preset output voltage selections via the VSEL pin, allowing flexible evaluation under different operating conditions.
