ML2253x系列為車電用四聲道混音語音合成LSI，內建序列音訊介面，有快閃記憶體和外部記憶體類型兩種。特點包括HQ-ADPCM、16位元D/A轉換器和低通濾波器，以實現高品質音效；以及整合的1.0W單聲道喇叭放大器，可直接驅動喇叭。還內建了故障檢測功能，能夠檢測異常。所有音訊輸出所需的功能都整合在一個晶片上，只需添加此LSI即可輕鬆加入語音功能。
