背景

近年來，越來越多的應用產品需要具備電流檢測功能。例如，若要改善馬達效率和檢測異常狀況，就需要提高電流檢測精度，同時還希望能縮小安裝面積。在傳統結構（運算放大器+Discrete元件）中，存在著元件精度波動和因溫度特性導致電流檢測精度下降、難以縮小安裝面積等課題。為了解決上述市場課題，ROHM利用長年累積的類比技術優勢，研發出更節省空間且能高精度檢測電流的產品「BD1421x-LA系列」。

概要

將「BD14210G-LA」匯集週邊電路、並連接分流電阻後，即可進行電流檢測。與傳統結構（運算放大器+ Discrete元件）相比，「BD14210G-LA」將元件數量從11個減少為3個，安裝面積可減少約46%（封裝：SSOP6）。另外，更在整體溫度範圍（－40℃～＋125℃）內實現了±1%高精度電流檢測。不僅如此，透過改善內部電路，即使在外部安裝了雜訊對策用RC濾波電路的情況下，電流檢測精度也不會受到影響，將有助減少應用設計工時。可支援的輸入電壓範圍也更廣（－0.2V～＋26.0V），非常適用於12V和24V電源應用的電流檢測。
