ROHM的低電壓標準CMOS電壓檢測IC系列是一具有高精度與低耗電特性的電壓檢測IC系列。為了讓客戶在應用上具有更多樣化的選擇,本產品系列備有Nch開汲極輸出與CMOS輸出等2種輸出型式,檢測電壓範圍為0.9V~4.8V,0.1V的電壓增幅。全系列產品均為無鉛且符合RoHS指令。
