羅姆的監測用IC採用CMOS製程,實現了高精度、超低消耗電流。為保證客戶可根據應用進行選擇,備有Nch漏極開路輸出(BD70Hxx-xC)系列和CMOS輸出(BD73Hxx-2C)系列產品。沒有滯後寬度,檢測解除電壓設定為與檢測電壓相同的值。
