ROHM的BU45xxxxx、BU46xxxxx系列,是採用了CMOS製程的高精度、低耗電流的RESET IC系列。通過內建計數器定時器延遲電路,無需外接延遲時間設定用電容。為保證客戶可根據應用進行選擇,備有Nch漏極開路輸出BU45xxxxx和CMOS輸出BU46xxxxx兩個系列的產品。檢測電壓可在2.3V~4.8V之間按0.1V階躍選擇,固定延遲時間可按200ms、400ms進行選擇。
