ROHM的BD45***G、BD46**G系列是一組採用CMOS製程,並具有高精度與低耗電特性的電壓檢測IC系列。內建計時器延遲電路,因此不需外接具備延時設定功能的電容器。為了讓客戶在應用上具有更多樣化的選擇,本產品系列備有Nch開汲極輸出與CMOS輸出等2種輸出型式,檢測電壓的範圍為2.3V~4.8V,0.1V的電壓增幅,各26款,以及不同的固定延遲時間合計156種。全系列產品均為無鉛且符合RoHS指令。
