ROHM的低電壓自由延時設定CMOS電壓檢測IC系列,是一採用CMOS製程,並內建高精度與低耗電之延遲電路的CMOS電壓檢測IC系列。可藉由外接電容器設定延遲時間。為了讓客戶在應用上具有更多樣化的選擇,本產品系列備有Nch開汲極輸出與CMOS輸出等2種型式。檢測電壓範圍為0.9V~4.8V,0.1V的電壓增幅。全系列產品均為無鉛且符合RoHS指令。

* 本產品是標準級的產品。本產品不建議使用的車載設備。
