ROHM的自由延遲時間設定CMOS RESET IC系列為採用CMOS製程並內建高精度・低功耗電流的延遲電路CMOS RESET IC產品。延遲時間可由外接電容設定。本產品依應用方式備有Nch開路汲極輸出的(BD52Exxx)系列與CMOS輸出的(BD53Exxx)系列可供挑選。產品陣容檢測電壓範圍在2.3V~6.0V、0.1V步階。
