羅姆的延遲時間自由設置型CMOS電壓檢測器IC系列是內建了採用CMOS製程的高精度、低消耗電流延遲電路的CMOS RESET IC系列。可透過外接電容器設定延遲時間。為保證客戶可根據應用進行選擇，備有Nch漏極開路輸出(BD52xx-2M)系列和CMOS輸出(BD53xx-2M)系列產品。備有檢測電壓為0.9V～5.0V的0.1V階躍的產品陣容。在-40°C到105°C的整個工作溫度範圍內，將延遲時間精度控制在±30%內。
