Description
ROHM的自由延遲時間設定CMOS電壓檢測IC是高精準度、超低電流消耗的CMOS製程產品。延遲時間可透過外部電容器來設定。產品陣容包括N通道開汲極輸出(BD52xxG-1)。此系列產品的檢測電壓範圍是0.9V到5.0V，間隔為0.1V。在-40°C到85°C的整個工作溫度範圍內，延遲時間的精準度為±30%。
