羅姆的延遲時間自由設置型CMOS電壓檢測器IC系列是內建了採用CMOS工藝的高精度、低功耗電流延遲電路的CMOS RESET IC系列。可透過外接電容器設定延遲時間。備有Nch漏極開路輸出的BD5230NVX-2C。備有檢測電壓為2.6V～3.1V的0.1V階躍的產品陣容。在-40℃到125℃的整個工作溫度範圍內，將延遲時間精度控制在±50%內。
