Description
ROHM的Free Time Delay Setting CMOS電壓檢測器IC採用CMOS製程，精度高、耗電量極低。可透過外接電容控制延遲時間設定。產品陣容包括N通道開汲極輸出(BD52xxG-1)。此元件提供0.9V至5.0V，以0.1V增量的特定檢測電壓。時間延遲在-40°C至85°C的整體操作溫度範圍內具有±30%的精度。
