Description
ROHM的Free Time Delay Setting CMOS 電壓檢測器IC，是採用CMOS製程的高度精確、超低電流消耗產品。延遲時間的設定可由外部電容器控制。產品系列包括N通道開汲極輸出（BD52xxG-1）。產品偵測電壓範圍從0.9V到5.0V，以0.1V增量提供。時間延遲在-40℃到85℃的整體工作溫度範圍內具有±30%的精確度。
