ROHM可靈活設置延遲時間的CMOS電壓檢測器IC系列是採用CMOS工藝的、內置高精度低耗電量延遲電路的CMOS復位IC系列產品，延遲時間可通過外置電容器進行設置。其檢測電壓為0.965V，支持Nch開漏輸出。在從-40℃到125℃的整個工作溫度範圍內，將延遲時間精度控制在±50%以內。
