Description
ROHM的自由延遲時間設定CMOS電壓檢測器IC，是採用CMOS製程的高度精準、超低電流消耗產品。延遲時間可由外部電容控制。此產品陣容包括Nch開汲極輸出（BD52xxG-1）。此元件提供0.9V至5.0V，0.1V增量的特定檢測電壓。延遲時間在-40℃至85℃的整體工作溫度範圍內具有±30%的精準度。
