ROHM的延遲時間自由設置型CMOS電壓檢測器IC BD5209G-2C是內建了採用CMOS製程的高精度、低消耗電流延遲電路的CMOS RESET IC系列。可透過外接電容器設定延遲時間。為保證客戶可根據應用進行選擇,備有Nch漏極開路輸出(BD52xx-2C)系列和CMOS輸出(BD53xx-2C)系列產品。備有檢測電壓為0.9V~5.0V的0.1V階躍的產品陣容。在-40℃到125℃的整個工作溫度範圍內,將延遲時間精度控制在±50%內。
