BD52xxNVX-2C系列是一款採用CMOS工藝的、內置高精度低耗電量延遲電路的CMOS復位IC，延遲時間可通過外置電容器進行設置。 Nch漏極開路輸出，檢測電壓為1.4V、1.6V、2.6V～3.1V，步長為0.1V。在從-40℃到125℃的整個工作溫度範圍內，將延遲時間精度控制在±50%以內。
