1.2A/1.0MHz同步整流降壓型切換式穩壓器BD8313HFN透過4顆電池、LI²Cell、Li3cell等電池、由5V/12V固定電源來產生1.2V/1.8V/3.3V/5V等之降壓輸出。本款IC透過1.0MHz的高頻作動以縮小外接線圈/電容體積,另外還內建15V耐壓同步整流開關,以及配備靈活性極高的相位補償內建系統,因此可在範圍寬廣的外接常數下,輕鬆產生出所需的小型電源。
