1.8V to 5.5V, 300mA 1ch

BU34DV7NUX 為以2CELL的鹼性,鎳鎘,鎳氫電池電池、或以1CELL的鋰離子,聚合物電池電源製作的產品提供最合適的升壓電源。
即使2CELL乾電池的電壓降至1.8V以下、仍可輸出300mA。
另可透過模式PIN的設定、DC/DC的控制可選擇自動切換為PWM模式或PFM/PWM自動切換模式。
PFM/PWM自動切換模式、在重負載時採PWM模式,輕負載時採PFM模式、在全負載領域達成高效率。Bust開關的最大峰值電流限制在1.85A(typ)。
BU33DV7NUX 的輸出電壓因内部電阻因而固定以3.3V高精度輸出。 VIN電壓如超過輸出電壓的3.3V則VIN與VOUT穿透。
