BU33UV7NUX是消耗電流較低的同步整流升壓DCDC轉換器,作為升壓電源,適用於使用2 CELL鹼性、鎳鎘、鎳氫電池或1 CELL鋰離子、鋰聚合物電池的產品。即使2 CELL乾電池的電壓降至1.8V,仍可提供最大500mA輸出負載。而且,BU33UV7NUX還搭載了復位IC功能(檢出:1.5V, 解除:1.9V)。BU33UV7NUX的輸出電壓固定為3.3V,如果Vin電壓超過3.3V的輸出電壓,則Vin與Vout會在內部連接。

It can operate even if the input voltage drops to 0.6V. The BU33UV7NUX has a built-in reset circuit that can be set to detect reset at 1.5V (reset release voltage: 1.9V).
