BU9000xGWZ最大可以6MHz的開關頻率工作、為兼具小型、高效率的降壓開關穩壓器。可對應最大1.0A(VIN=3.0～5.5V時)的輸出電流、將電池驅動的行動裝置最佳化。可藉由MODE端子的特性強制自動切換PWM模式或PWM/PFM模式。在PFM模式下可減少本身的耗電流、改善輕負載時的效率。
