記憶卡用的電源開關(BD6528HFV,BD6529GUL)為內建一個N channel Power MOSFET的高壓側開關(high side switch)IC。切換達到100mΩ：BD6529GUL、110mΩ：BD6528HFV的Rds ON。爲了使用於各種開關用途，可從低輸入電壓(VIN≦2.7V)開始作動。 封裝採用省空間的6PIN、HVSOF6、VCSP6。
