BD2204GUL是2個電路內建了Nch MOSFET的 High Side 開關IC。開關實現了120mΩ (Typ)的導通電阻。SD卡使用的3.3V電源和1.8V電源可通過SEL端子選擇。內建了電源切換時同時ON防止功能、以及OFF時輸出端子到輸入端子的逆流防止功能、使輸出端子上的電荷快速放電的放電電路。
