BD71837AMWV是一款PMIC,匯集了i.MX 8M處理器所需的電源和功能,運用羅姆長年累積的處理器用電源技術。內建i.MX 8M用電源ON/OFF時序器,有助於小型化和簡化應用設計,有助於大幅縮短開發週期。

匯集了控制邏輯、8ch降壓DC/DC轉換器、7ch LDO,用一個晶片即可為處理器和應用所需的DDR記憶體供電。此外,還匯集了用於SDXC卡的1.8V/3.3V開關,一個32.768kHz晶體振盪器,以及各種保護功能(每個電源系統的輸出短路、輸出過壓、輸出過流和熱關斷)。搭載最高功率轉換效率為95%的降壓DC/DC轉換器,輸入電壓可在從1 CELL鋰離子電池到USB的廣範圍(2.7V~5.5V)內工作,適用於搭載i.MX 8M的應用。
和以離散式元件所組成,和BD71837AMWV相同的電源系統相比(單面安裝、Type-3 PCB),零件數量可減少56個,安裝面積可減少45%。
