BD391A0MFF-C專為功能安全輔助應用所設計。本產品內建3通道降壓型轉換器和1通道升壓型轉換器，並整合了所有輸出功率MOSFET。透過展頻切換功能，可降低切換轉換器產生的EMI輻射。錯誤事件資訊儲存於內部暫存器中，並透過I²C通訊發送。
