BD42530UEFJ-C是45V耐壓、失調電壓±10mV、輸出電流250mA、靜態電流40µA的低靜態電流電壓跟隨器。本IC非常適合用來降低電池直連繫統中的消耗電流。輸出的相位補償電容器可使用陶瓷電容器。另外，本IC還內置過電流保護電路，可防止輸出短路等導致的IC損壞；內置過熱保護電路，可防止IC因過負載狀態等導致的熱損壞。
本系列產品中的BD42530EFJ-C是為提高生產效率而變更生產線後的型號。在新項目選型時，建議選擇該型號。另外，在技術規格書中的保證特性並沒有差異。
