BD42530FPJ-C是45V耐壓、偏置電壓±10mV、輸出電流250mA、消耗電流40µA的低待機電流電壓跟蹤器。本IC最適合用來降低蓄電池直連系統的消耗電流。輸出相位補償電容器可使用陶瓷電容器。本IC內建防止因輸出短路等發生IC破壞的過電流保護、以及防止因過負擔狀態等使IC發生熱破壞的過熱保護電路。
