BA1117FP為1A輸出的可變型LDO穩壓器。(基準電壓: VREF= 1.25V) 封裝為TO252-3。既精簡空間、又適合熱特性。一般為了穩定IC、22uF的陶瓷電容、或是鉭質電容有必要輸出。可透過晶片的調整25℃以±1%達成高精度的基準電壓。
