車電用 700mA可調輸出 LDO穩壓器
BD800M7WFP2-C是消耗電流很低的線性穩壓器，非常適用於直接連接電池的車電系統。本IC的耐壓為45V，輸出電流為700mA，消耗電流為17μA（Typ），輸出電壓精度為±2.5%（不包括回饋電阻精度）。輸出電壓可通過在ADJ引腳連接一個電阻，在1.2V～16V的範圍內進行設置。具有輸出關閉功能，當給EN引腳施加HIGH電壓時，IC輸出ON；當施加LOW電壓時，輸出OFF。本IC還內置過電流保護電路，可防止輸出短路等導致的IC損壞；內置過熱保護電路，可防止IC因過負載狀態等導致的熱損壞。輸出的相位補償電容可使用低ESR的陶瓷電容器。
