Description
BD800M5Wxxx-C是低功耗電流線性穩壓器，適合蓄電池直連的車電系統。本IC的規格為45V耐壓、輸出電流500mA、消耗電流17µA。輸出電壓精度：BD800M5WFPJ-C、BD800M5WHFP-C為±2%、BD800M5WFP2-C為±2.5%（不包括回饋電阻的精度。）。透過在ADJ端子上連接電阻，可在1.2V～16V的範圍內設置輸出電壓。具備輸出關斷功能，在向EN端子施加HIGH電壓時，IC輸出ON。施加LOW電壓時，輸出OFF。本IC內建防止因輸出短路等發生IC破壞的過流保護電路、以及防止因過負荷狀態等使IC發生熱破壞的過熱保護電路。輸出相位補償電容器可使用低ESR的陶瓷電容器。 A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
