超低暗電流LDO穩壓器

BD7xxL5FP-C為具備50V耐壓、輸出電壓精度±2%、輸出電流500mA、功耗電流6µA (Typ.) 的低暗電流穩壓器產品,最適合電池直結系統的低功耗電流化使用。輸出的相位補償電容上可使用陶瓷電容。此外,本IC亦內建過電流保護功能及過熱保護電路防止因輸出短路等造成的IC破壊及IC因過負載狀態等造成的熱破壊。
