Description
BDxxHA5VEFJ-M系列是可提供0.5A輸出電流的穩壓器。其輸出精度為±1%。產品包括可使用外置電阻在1.5V ～ 7.0V 範圍內設定任意輸出電壓的可調型，以及輸出電壓為1.5V/1.8V/2.5V/3.0V/3.3V/5V/6V/7V的恆定輸出型產品。封裝採用的是散熱性優異的HTSOP-J8封裝形式。本機型也內建防止輸出短路等導致IC損壞的過電流保護電路、關閉時使電路電流為0μA的ON/OFF開關、防止IC因過負載狀態等導致過熱損壞的溫度保護電路。另外，本產品也支援陶瓷電容器，有助於應用產品縮小體積並延長壽命。 A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
