BD450S5EFJ-C是45V耐壓、輸出電壓精度±2%、輸出電流500mA、靜態電流38µA(Typ) 、輸出電壓恆定（3.3V或5.0V）的低靜態電流穩壓器。本IC非常適合用來降低電池直連繫統中的消耗電流。輸出相位補償電容器可使用陶瓷電容器。另外，本IC還內置過電流保護電路，可防止輸出短路等導致的IC損壞；內置過熱保護電路，可防止IC因過負載狀態等導致的熱損壞。
