車載用 200mA 5.0V, 具有關閉輸出的功能， 輸出電壓恆定, LDO穩壓器
BD4xxS2-C系列是耐壓45V、輸出電壓精度±2%、輸出電流200mA、靜態電流40µA(Typ)的低靜態電流穩壓器，是可恆定輸出3.3V或5.0V電壓的產品。本IC非常適合用來降低電池直連繫統中的消耗電流。可以啟用或禁用“關閉輸出”功能，針對支持該功能的產品，當對CTL引腳施加HIGH電壓時，設備的輸出ON；當施加LOW電壓時，設備的輸出OFF。輸出相位補償電容器可使用陶瓷電容器。另外，本IC還內置過電流保護電路，可防止輸出短路等導致的IC損壞；內置過熱保護電路，可防止IC因過負載狀態等導致的熱損壞。
本系列產品中的BD450M2WEFJ-C是為提高生產效率而變更生產線後的型號。在新項目選型時，建議選擇該型號，在技術規格書中的保證特性基本上並沒有差異。此外，由於文檔和設計模型等也沒有差異，因此除非另有說明，ROHM將公開BD450M2WEFJ-CE2的數據。
