BD3550HFN/BD3551HFN/BD3552HFN為能夠實現從超低電壓輸入到超低電壓輸出的晶片組用的線性穩壓器。透過使用內建的N-MOSFET功率電晶體,能夠最大在Rds ON(RON=400mΩ/200mΩ/100mΩ)發生的電壓差的超低輸入/出電壓差下使用。透過把輸入/出電壓差控制在很小的限度,能夠實現大電流(Iomax=0.5A/1.0A/2.0A)輸出、降低變換損失,因此可置換切換式電源。BD355XHFN不需要切換式電源所必須的扼流圈和整流用的二極體、功率電晶體,因此能夠降低裝置整體的成本和小型化。使用外接電阻能夠任意設定0.65~2.7V的輸出電壓。另外,透過使用NRCS端子能夠調整電壓輸出的起動時間,因此能夠對應裝置的電源程序。
