超低飽和穩壓器BD3507HFV非常適合作爲晶片組用的電源。輸出電容器能夠使用陶瓷電容器,因此有助於IC和裝置的小型/薄型化。雖然為小型的但由於採用了附有散熱片的功率封裝,因此能夠作爲最大電流550mA的穩壓器使用。採用Nch MOSFET可以構成RON=300mΩ(TYP)的超低飽和電源,所以雖然是線性型電源卻能構成高效率的系統。輸出電壓可透過VREF端子設定,可以與其他電源同步。另外,還可以作爲低電壓電源線(1.2~2.5V)的高壓側開關(high side switch)(RON=300mΩ/Io=550mA)使用。
