500mA Variable/Fixed Output LDO Regulators

ROHM的二次側LDO穩壓器系列能夠發揮各種小型/節能化裝置的最大性能,構成低雜訊且穩定的電源電路。500mALocal電源用附斷路開關固定輸出二次側LDO穩壓器系列的輸出電壓精度可達±1%,為可供應輸出電流達500mA的低飽和型穩壓器。本產品搭載斷路時將電路電流降為0μA的ON/OFF開關,並備有多種輸出電壓、封裝等豐富的產品陣容可供選擇。可廣泛使用於TV、汽車音響、HDD、PC、DVD等。本產品內建能夠防止因輸出短路等造成IC損壞的過電流保護電路,以及避免IC因過度負載等產生高熱造成損壞的過熱保護電路。
