BDxxFD0系列是可提供最大2A電流的低飽和型穩壓器。輸出電壓有可透過外部電阻設定的可變型和固定型。本系列內建防止因輸出短路等發生IC破壞的過流保護電路、以及防止因過負荷狀態等使IC發生熱破壞的過熱保護電路。
本產品不建議使用的車載設備。
