BDxxIA5WEFJ系列是可提供0.5A輸出電流的LDO穩壓器。輸出精度為±1%。有可使用外接電阻在0.8V~4.5V範圍內任意設置輸出電壓的可變型以及1.0V/1.2V/1.5V/1.8V/2.5V/3.0V/3.3V固定輸出型兩種。封裝組件採用散熱性優良的HTSOP-J8。可用於數位家電等廣泛用途。本機型內建用於防止因輸出短路等發生IC破壞的過電流保護電路、關斷時使電路電流為0µA的ON/OFF開關、以及防止因過負載狀態等使IC發生熱破壞的溫度保護電路。另外,採用了陶瓷電容,有助於整機的小型化和長壽化。
