BDxxGA3VEFJ-M為輸出電流0.3A的LDO穩壓器。輸出電壓精度為±1%。透過外接電阻，可任意設定輸出電壓（1.5V至13.0V）。採HTSOP-J8封裝。內建過電流保護電路（保護IC免於輸出短路而毀損）、電路ON/OFF開關（關機模式時設定電路為0µA），以及過熱關斷電路（在過負載情況下保護IC免受熱損毀）。可用於陶瓷電容，有助於實現更小的設置和更長的使用壽命。
