BD00FDAWHFP是一款可提供最大2A電流的低飽和型穩壓器。輸出電壓分為固定型和可通過外部電阻設置的可調型兩種。本系列產品還內置過電流保護電路，可防止輸出短路等導致的IC損壞；內置過熱保護電路，可防止IC因過負載狀態等導致的熱損壞。
