高耐壓 500mA 可變輸出型 LDO穩壓器

BD00EA5Wxxx系列是低消耗電流線性穩壓器。該IC具有45V耐壓,500mA輸出電流,17μA消耗電流(典型值)。輸出電壓精度BD00EA5WFP和BD00EA5WFP為±1%,BD00EA5WFP2為±1.5%(不包括回饋電阻精度)。透過在ADJ引腳上增加一個電阻,可以將輸出電壓設置為1.2V至16V。有一個輸出關閉功能,當EN引腳施加High電壓時,IC輸出開啟,施加LOW電壓時輸出關閉。該IC具有過流保護功能,可防止因輸出短路等導致的IC損壞,以及過熱保護電路,可防止IC因超載等原因造成熱損壞等。輸出相位補償電容可使用低ESR陶瓷電容器。
