DDR-SDRAM用終端用線性電源

BD3537F是適用於JEDEC標準DDR-SDRAM的終端穩壓器。內建N-MOSFET,漏極/源極最大可提供1.8A電流的線性電源。內部的OP-AMP採用高速設計,實現了優異的暫態響應特性。為驅動內部的N-MOSFET,需要5.0V偏壓電源。輸出電容可使用陶瓷電容10µF,有助於節省電源部整體空間。
