帶看門狗計時器重置 550mA LDO穩壓器

BD4271FP2-C是45V高耐壓穩壓器,內建監視其輸出的重置電路(RESET)及看門狗計時器(WDT) 。輸出電流能力550mA,但待機電流很低,適合用來降低系統的消耗電流。有對輸出進行ON/OFF的CTL引腳,將CTL設為L可關閉輸出,且能減少電流消耗。穩壓器輸出低於4.65V(Typ)時輸出重置信號。重置信號的重置延遲時間、看門狗計時器監視時間可透過外接電容器進行調整。
