BD4269FJ-C為45V高耐壓的穩壓器、內建監視IC輸出電壓低下的RESET電路和監視IC輸入電源電壓或其他電源電壓的整機電路。輸出電流能力為200mA但可將暗電流壓低、最適合系統的低耗電流。
輸出低電壓RESET 、電源電壓檢測RESET可透過外接電阻調整檢測電壓。此外、 RESET 的復帰延遲時間可藉由外接電容調整。
