AC/DC controller IC for LED lighting

BD521GOFJ是LED照明用AC/DC轉換器。本IC適合準諧振型High-side LED驅動器用途，可實現LED電流的高精度化和低EMI化。與功率因數校正(功率Factor Correction)轉換器組合，可應對高準諧振。選擇外接MOSFET，可實現小功率到大功率的LED的驅動。可應用於從射燈等小型照明到基礎光等大型照明的廣泛領域。外接LED電流檢測電阻，可實現自由度高的LED電流設定。
