1ch 4A 高速 低側閘極驅動器

BD2310G是能高速驅動外接Nch-FET和IGBT的1ch低側閘極驅動器。採用SSOP5的小型封裝，可提供4A的輸出電流。設有從外部施加輸入邏輯電源電壓的VREF引腳，可用範圍為2.0V~5.5V。作為保護功能，在VCC-GND之間搭載低輸入誤動作防止電路（UVLO）。
